Contrary to what many people believe, it's important to remember that it's not all about your company and products. When people come on board they are most likely joining to have the opportunity to work with YOU. For this reason it is vital that you understand attraction marketing and how to correctly position yourself as a leader.

Following are some lessons that I learned from personal experience that will help your MLM sponsoring more people into your business,

Best not to wait on your downline -

One to take notice of. Obviously you want your team to do well but this does not mean that you should be on hand to be a babysitter. Its surprising how much time and energy it can sap from you constantly taking calls from people who quite frankly can't be bothered to find answers themselves and want a quick fix, I speak from personal experience. Yes I want to be there for my team and help them, but equally I needed to free up my time to continue to grow my business. I soon learnt from leaders in the industry to do trainings and Q & A in a group setting, personally I prefer to do webinars. I found this to be far more efficient both in terms of my own time and also for my team who got way more value from each training session, plus they got all their questions answered, plus some! You must use this philosophy in your business. Do the bulk of your training and Q & A's in a group setting.

Outsource as much as possible -

Sometimes it can be hard to let go and delegate. If like myself, you want things done properly then it can be tough to delegate. As an entrepreneur is not the most effective use of my time and energy to be doing things that I could quite easily outsource. The reality is that there are outsource workers from around the world who are crying out for a chance to work for three dollars an hour! In my opinion its best to start using outsourcers as soon as its viable, even from day one of your business if it's possible You are going to be glad of more free time to enjoy life and recruit more people.

Open your mind to learn new skills

Whatever area of life, anyone who has been very successful will have been coached by someone better than them. I don't think that we will ever stop learning and there is always something new that we don't yet know. So if you want to be the best in your game then learn from those who already have the success and expertise that you desire!

Bring in unlimited leads

Every business will fail without them! MLM leads. For many Network Markers this is the largest problem they face, a shortage of leads. It's quite likely your upline has taught you the traditional methods of marketing your business, such as cold calling, warm prospecting, friends & family, 3 foot rule etc.... Whilst it's a viable marketing ploy, it's not very well received in today's society, plus it flat out SUCKS. Its far better for you to learn to attract leads to you. This can be achieved by using a funded proposal marketing system that will automate lead generating and prospecting and produce massive profits and momentum in your business.
