To answer the question, gifting programs, or gifting at least, has been around for a long time and has been used by private groups and individuals for many different reasons. One of the interesting things about the gifting activity is that both the Unitied Sates and Canada possess the Constitutional Right to gift property from one person to another, including individuals that are not known.
The reasons for the gifting activity to have ever existed are many. In some cultures it is quite common for friends and relatives to provide a gift to a person in order for them to start a business or purchase a home. Perhaps someone was sending a gift to a son or daughter in an effort to pass on wealth, or even to preserve it. No matter what the reasons, let's be clear in understanding that the cash gifting activity is not a new phenomena and that people have been engaged in promoting this idea of gifting for quite some time.
Today, you will find many gifting programs on the Internet, but what is typically found is a "system" designed so that people interested in gifting can become involved and invite others to their program. Those that are successful with gifting do not "push" or "hard sell" their programs, but rather provide information to those that are interested in pursuing the activity.
Typically what happens with a gifting activity is that you have someone surfing the Internet or actively looking for a program to possibly generate income with. If the person comes across a gifting program then they will have the opportunity to get more information and in many cases, get some contact information to be able to speak with someone already involved with the program they are inquiring about.
Once you have contacted someone within a gifting system you will typically receive an invitation from someone to get involved with them in their gifting program and you can decide whether or not to take them up on their invitation. If you do not want to get involved, that is fine as there are no obligations to join any program, but if you do want to get involved and you do feel that the person you are in contact with would make a good mentor into the gifting activity, then you will pursue becoming a member of their team.
While there are many different levels of gifting, it is important to become involved at a position you are comfortable with. Also, it is important to make sure that you are going to become associated with an inviter or mentor that is familiar with promoting and marketing the gifting program that you are interested in. Remember that the choice to join is yours and you will be the one to decide if the program is for you or not, but now, when someone asks, you will be able to answer the question, "What is cash gifting?"
