Simply go to your favorite search engine, type in the keyword or key phrase with the word articles behind it and you should be able to get quite a few articles from different directories. Copy an article you like and paste it into a notepad file. Open another, new notepad file next to the article and rewrite the article paragraph by paragraph in your own words. Viola! You have a unique article.

When you are writing this article there are a few things to keep in mind. First, you want to make sure that you have a topic or key phrase that is popular and already getting some traffic. People come to directories looking for specific information, so you want to make sure that they are looking for the information you are putting out there. A quick ten minutes looking through a keyword tool is time well spent. You want to make sure that your article contains the keyword or key phrase 2% to 3% of the body. In other words, you want your article keyword rich.

When it comes to submitting the article, most directories will have an author resource box. This is a very important place for you and you need to concentrate on the paragraph you put in here because it will be one of the methods for you to get quality backlinks back to your site as well as generate some immediate traffic (and free cash gifting leads) to your site. In the resource box you will usually have the opportunity to put in 2 links back to your site or your blog, a video or some other page you want people to visit.

Learning to generate targeted traffic and generate free cash gifting leads is not as difficult as one would think.
