Primarily, let's just say it is my website, Outsourcing Live which is here and anybody who would like to send emails to me actually sends it out to for instance - this is my email and they're sending an email out to my support address. So it's got support(at)outsourcinglive(dot)com. That's just short. So it's just basically meant to be Outsourcinglive.com.

Now, lots of people don't recognize that in fact, this here is kept by Google Apps. If you send an email to me, it comes straight through and it's actually sent over and maintained by this e-mail address which is support(at)outsourcinglive and it gets stored on the Google Apps server so I've got free email put in place and free email storage there and I can store up to from memory it's about 7GB now without cost so thus I don't even need to have any - what's the word for it - worry about backup and deletion and plus I'm using the Google search engine to find through all the emails and it is really powerful because then I don't need to have separate email service put in place on my current server. Because I find that if I had to set my email on my server for instance, there's a greater opportunity that it'll block my server and it'll impede my server down.

Only to let you know, Outsouricnglive runs using a server called NineHost and they're very good vps which I've used for several years and they're outstanding for this but the thing is I didn't want to store any of my mail because when my server is offline, my mail is not reachable as well. So what I've done is I've set it up so that I can have emails forwarded to the Google Apps email.

Same thing as well if you didn't know, I also have my online calendar setup as well with Google Apps. Google Apps stores all my daily - daily prearranged appointments, anything that I can - I need to create inside my calendar is kept all online. So if anything happens to my diary as an example, my iPhone gets stolen or my laptop gets lost, everything's still saved safely on the web and it can also be synced in different ways. It can be synced with my iPhone, it can also be synced with my iCalendar or if you're on MS Outlook, you can synchronize that as well too. Moreover, my virtual staff gets access to this as well. I obviously give certain people access, which is way easier to keep it both private and shared with virtual team and clients.
