You may either shoot a graphic with Jing and it'll save it as a PNG file which you'll be able to just send that up to anyone, or you can grab the video which is exactly the reason why I'm suggesting it because you can communicate into the microphone and describe exactly what you want. And what will happen is that it may actually conflict with my microphone but let's see how that goes. So this regarded as a little Jing grab, just doing this little thing. Install Jing and use. I really like this one because the fact is that when the video is there, it just send you a link onto your keyboard and all you need to do is definitely place it on a browser or you put it into a task or you distribute it off in an email, or ideally, I usually distribute it off via the project management system whoever the member is. It says here the website link is captured, you probably can't see that but I'm just going to paste that here. So what's happened is that it's uploaded screen cast onto the internet or Jing, your video and I'll just hit enter, and what will happen is that it'll open up in the new video and anyone who's looking at this particularly your virtual staff or your virtual assistants, they can click on play and instantly watch just what they need to perform.
