The first thing that I personally think that outsourcing can really help and benefit you is it saves you time. The second thing that I believe is generally amazing about outsourcing is that it makes it easy for control. Control for progress, control for growing your organization quicker. And since I just described, saving time is very comparable to that you may get things done in parallel. And lastly the third pro or third benefit of outsourcing that I feel is that you can get gain access to sources that you don't have. So as I talked about again, I'm going to consider the example for all the web developing because I know that most people struggle with - as spending the technical time and doing other ideas that are necessary and the biggest thing that I find from just speaking to people, talking to the market like yourself is you spend lots of time doing technical points that are likely not your strong skill points or expertise. So if you can imagine, you can hire a web developer that can do that for you, you can really get use of his skills and his knowledge that he's built up over the many years as compared to you need to spend hours and hours or days, even weeks and months finding out how to do it.

On the other hand, first thing with the downside of outsourcing is it does take time. Time is the ingredient that many people have to spend time to actually write the systems or construct a plan and give that to a person. And it may take you time to even train that person. You have to spend teaching them, you must spend time supplying the information for them, and you have to produce all those things in order to let them do it on their own in the future.

Second or the second drawback to outsourcing is yes, it may be very costly. You might spend more time, extra money and not obtain a result. I've had that very, frequently, and happened to people I know myself. I've spent money into projects, thousands of dollars and nothing gets done. And it's just not really your fault but also too, you may not have done what's right and adopted the proper systems and got the right people in place. And then thirdly, outsourcing isn't for anyone. That's just a point of life that outsourcing isn't for everybody. You will discover entrepreneurs; you'll find business owners who succeed really, really well by executing it by themselves and have a successful business. But in saying that, not everybody has the lifestyle so they may be working 60, 70 hours a week by on their own in entrepreneurial type of business and doing a lot of things independently and making a lot of cash but they don't have the time and the freedom that they want but that's their option.

So outsourcing may not be for anyone and I guess you can say the disadvantage or con of outsourcing because it doesn't work for everyone and that's all I can say is you just have to set that point but if it truely does work for you then great. That's where one can take it to your benefit, use it to control your skills, control your online business and to grow it faster and I hope that just sharing with you these things, three tips for pros and three tips for cons gives you a balanced overview and I really believe, I believe that the pros, outweighs the cons. That's just the fact of life that has worked for me really well because if I didn't have my team back in me and assisting me and doing the things that they do in my business, I wouldn't be able to do what I currently do today.
