What exactly I'm sharing with you to start with is the pros of outsourcing. Three ideas that I think are really beneficial on the advantages of outsourcing. The first thing that I personally think that outsourcing can really help and assist you is it saves you time. Time in the point that if you decide to spend time say making a website and to be able to improve it, you can actually spend that period, that extra time instead to target something which you're stronger and better at. You may be a superior writer, you might be a better speaker, you could be a greater marketer and giving another individual to do or actually creating that website for you gives you time back and conserves you time and basically a couple of things done in parallel simultaneously.
The next thing that I believe is basically powerful about outsourcing is that it makes it easy for control. Leverage for development, leverage for growing your organization faster. And since I just described, saving time is very similar to that you could get things done in parallel. And then finally the third pro or third good thing about outsourcing that I feel is that you may get ability to access sources that you don't have. So as I brought up again, I'm going to refer to the example for all the web developing because I know that many people struggle with - as investing the technical time and doing other things that are necessary and the biggest thing that I find from just talking to people, speaking to the market like yourself is you spend lots of time doing technical ideas that are likely not your strong skill points or expertise. When you can see right now, you can hire a web developer which could do that for you, you can really get ability to access his skills and his knowledge that he's built up over the a long time compared to you need to spend countless hours or days, even weeks and months finding out how to get it done.
On the other hand, first thing with the drawback to outsourcing is it does require time. Time is the factor that many people have to spend time to actually write the methods or put together a plan and give that to a person. And it may take time to even coach that person. You have to spend instructing them, you have to spend time offering the information for them, it's necessary that you provide all those things in order to let them do it on their own in the future.
Next or the second drawback to outsourcing is yes, it can be costly. You might spend more time, extra money and not obtain a result. I've had that very, often, and happened to people I know myself. I've invested money into projects, thousands of dollars and nothing gets done. And it's just not really your fault but also too, you might not have done the right thing and implemented the proper systems and got the proper people in place. And then thirdly, outsourcing isn't really for all. That's just a fact of life that outsourcing isn't for all. You can find entrepreneurs; you will find business owners who succeed really, really well by executing it on their own and have a successful business. But in stating that, not everyone has the lifestyle so they may be working 60, 70 hours per week by independently in entrepreneurial type of business and doing a lot of things independently and making a lot of money but they don't have the time and the liberty that they want but that's their selection.
So outsourcing may not be for everyone and I guess you can say the disadvantage or con of outsourcing because it doesn't work for everyone and that's all I can say is you just need to set that reality but if it truly does work for you then great. That's where one can take it in your favour, use it to control your skills, leverage your company and to grow it much faster and I hope that just sharing with you these things, three tips for pros and three tips for cons gives you a comprehensive analysis and in my opinion, I do believe that the pros, outweighs the cons. That's just the reality of life that has worked for me really well because if I didn't have my team back in me and accommodating me and doing the points that they do in my business, I wouldn't be able to do what I currently do today.
