Recently I did a feedback survey and acquired an amazing reaction. And thus far currently I've received over 188 responses and the most important point that I asked people was that which aggravations and the issues that people confront with outsourcing. And I imagined well why not actually let you know and give you the advantages of that to ease what are a few of the troubles are as there's a lot of points that were common and this is the perfect opportunity to be able to give out why it's better then the problems that you've been facing.

Okay so the first one that I desired to raise which was very common topic was trust. Trust with outsourcing your organization to other people and why it can benefit to actually decide to let go of your business. So if you have all your process and your structure organized effectively which takes some time to do and I'm not going to say it's usually one thing that happens in a single day, it does take time to create trust. But the thing is once you've established trust within the virtual staff or your team that you're actually outsourcing your organization to, then think about the measure of mobility and the flexibility and the acceleration that you can have specifically when you've arranged it right for then people can actually get your work done while you're still producing income for your company.

And I'm talking also from past experiences. From past experiences is that when I'd been running my Dragonboat business, I had been working about 60 hours a week and when I outsourced it, I became only working about 10 hours a week which granted me to have that 50 hours of additional spare time to do other activities like to work on new projects or to spend more time with my loved ones or to try and do the hobbies that I enjoy. Second thing as well is that I desired to reveal to you regarding one of the concerns that people experience inside or having worries with outsourcing was to try to to with cost. Rate was a huge factor that people couldn't decide on doing. Please let me put it in a more of a related and also different point of view. Say as an example you are earning an average wage of about $20 an hour. I think the average retail wage is approximately $20 an hour for anyone above 18 years old. And say you went out there and hired someone who was you're paying roughly about similar to about $2-3 an hour. Plus in that money, it's probably very high or still considered quite good average wage in their country. Though as of the exchange rates and since of our economies and scale, that's the good reason that there's such a big difference.

Nevertheless imagine if you were to work 20 hours a week, and doing it - sorry - $20 per hour for 40 hours a week, you'd be gaining or spending about $800 or so to be able to earn that. So if you were to be charged for someone to try to to that 40 hours a week, it's roughly equivalent to $80. So it's about 1/10 of the price. And if you're also getting about $800 and you're paying someone $80, you're still making a profit of $720. And once you look at the price factor, it is usually not bad spending but when you look at the time that you receive back or mobility and adaptability that you may get back just from that time of no longer working them, then imagine that kind of rate saving that you will have. And that's the thing.

Now the final and the third thing that was a really big dilemma that a lot of people had or an issue was the access of the resources. Just how do they be in a position to get the work done exactly the way I like it, where can I find these people. Those are the problems that people deal with. Now, the key benefits of actually going out there and finding someone to try to to this is actually the upside. When I first started my Dragonboat business, I created my website and it took me months just to get one website up. Whereas, when I realized that I could outsource it, it only took me about a week to get that website, same website developed. So as opposed to spending a whole month myself and pouring in all my time and effort into that, I outsourced it and got it done within a week and that was a huge rate saving and I had been able to accessibility those kind of resources at a fraction of a cost.
