Well, what I would suggest highly is to create or to get a system including project management system to put into place. One that I've been using very successfully is known as ActiveCollab. ActiveCollab is not that expensive to buy, you can buy it outright for around $400 US. When you finally set that system up, you could basically have the ability to access and transfer everything and handle your day-to-day projects all in one place. Another system that you can use as certainly is termed BasecampHQ and plenty of marketers out there also recommend it too, it's quite simple to use.

Now, that's what I recommend doing - to play with a project management system. In the project management system, you can handle everything from your projects, staff, communication, etc. It's simply having a backlog that's loaded up into there. The fantastic thing about running in a project management system is you could track what's going on. That's what I love - I'll just have to hop into the system and see how progress is working on this project, what's happening with this project, and and so forth. That's an ideal way doing it.
