It is certain that you, like most people are curious why multi level marketing doesn't work well to help people make money. I'm unsure whether or not you're prepared for total honesty; however, I will address this concern right now. Regardless of where you stand, I pray you take right action and remove yourself from people who grumble about the problem and people who take massive action when they see problems.
Right off, let it be known that network marketing and direct selling are not the real issues. The real issues and problems are with people. People enroll in thees organizations. It's rare to meet someone who cares about those who want to start businesses with them. Most folk are naturally self-centered. When we start businesses, we tend to only see money. We don't see other people. We just see what we want to have or get out of other people. Folks are trying to pay their house note or other bills, yet we don't see them. We see a paycheck instead.
It's not everyone who is like this, but a whole lot of people are like this. They start a business but don't know how to interact with other human beings. They don't know how to do unto others as they would have done unto themselves. The real challenge is not the company but rather individuals in the company who cannot relate with compassion and care.
When you begin working from home, keep it at the front of your mind that people should always be your first concern. Treat others according to the golden rule and when challenges arise, look first at your own behavior and not at the behavior of others. It is totally possible that your actions have created the problem, and if you can see that, you will be better equipped to help people and not drive them away from you and your business!
Network marketing is a tremendous industry. Direct sales is an exceptional way to make significant extra income in your part time efforts. The problem is not the business model. The problem is the people working inside the business model.
Not until people learn the right way to work with others will mlm-ers and direct sellers be able to fight the negative impression of the industry. Almost every home business suffers from this stigma, and that is sad. Once the professionals who work in the industry do better, the reputation will change.
After we grow, so will our reputation. I pray that this article has aided in dispelling the myth that mlm or direct sales is the problem. They aren't. We're the problem. After we give people the help they need to grow their income, the industry will gain a better reputation. and thrive even though there'll always be detractors.
