And RememberTheMilk allows her to be able to share her details with me likewise and she's got my calendar on there. And then on my personal computer, I've also got RememberTheMilk as well, too and then when via RememberTheMilk, it's interconnected straight to my calendar.

And so this is what I do, I get my virtual assistant to be able to schedule in all my appointments and also book all my gatherings with hence forth or whoever. Like recently, I've had an interview with a few numerous top bloggers too and they've just emailed my virtual staff and through there she's had the opportunity to schedule time in directly for me.

That will save length of time since you don't have to go back and forth with the client because the client may contact you 3 or 4 times and if you have to do it yourself, obviously you're spending a lot more time where you could be passing time doing other productive things at the same time.
