Some people try to cheat the system by placing the ads on their site and then clicking on them themselves. This is definitely not recommended. If you read the terms and conditions when signing up for Adsense, you will see that this is strictly forbidden. This will certainly get you banned from the program and lose you any chance of benefiting from Adsense business opportunities.
